Credit Card Searches include:

Company Search / Company Details - Search Fee: Free

Company Searches can be conducted by entering either the Company Name or the ACN. If more than one match is found on a Company Name a list of Companies will display including their status and ACN. From here a specific company can be selected to perfom a details search. Entering an ACN will take you straight to the company details. (Provided that there is a match).

Company Details will show the Company Name, ACN, state, address locality and former company names. A Company Extract can be ordered from the Company details screen which will show further details about the Company.

Australian Business Name Extracts can be also be ordered in this manner.

Current Company Extracts - Search Fee: $18.70 inc GST

Current Company Extracts show details only as to the correct name, current ACN, current registered addresses, current directors, current secretary, current shareholders etc.

Historical Company Extracts - Search Fee: $28.60 inc GST

*Same as above but also includes all prior and historical details.

Business Name Extracts (NSW, ACT, WA available states only) - Search Fee: $26.40 inc GST

Business Name Search - Current Business Name details as to the correct name, business address, proprietor(s), etc.

Company Documents - Search Fee: from $28.60 inc GST

Document image requests for companies. These can be delivered by either Email or Fax.
Document Images can also be ordered via a Company Extract once the extract has been purchased by selecting document number's you wish to order from the extract.
